Shipping policy

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order to the United States, Canada and Spain. In the US you can also choose Express shipping at checkout.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

 

Customs and duties

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us with your order number and we'll help you right away.
